This study examines the effective factors on the creation of team- orientedin Iranian Government Agencies. Team- oriented issue is one of the main issues is the latest in the field of organizational behavior. Meet requirements in the modern era has led organizations to create and offer new, innovative and needs facing their superiority to engage with the lowest cost and the greatest benefit. One way of reducing the cost of the bed, relying on the ability to issue new team and achieve team-oriented. In the team-oriented atmosphere, deep believe creativity and innovation are evident,team environment like the greenhouses for growing creative ideas.
